
There are many practices within the system of the Universal Healing Tao, which can be a bit confusing to the novice.
Briefly speaking, there are 3 main levels of practice: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. And within each level there are a number of different practices or techniques.
Please note that these are life-long practices, which sages of old spent hours a day practicing for years on end. If you only ever learn the Beginner and some of the Intermediate practices, you will have plenty to keep you busy and enough to enhance your wellbeing to a high degree!
One starts where one always does - at the beginning. The Beginner level practices are considered the foundation for all other ensuing practices of the Universal Tao. Once you start learning and putting the techniques into practice, you will get a clearer idea of where you would like to go from there.
